Standart project plans

For your convenience RRE provides you with the standard project plans of different flats and houses.

  •  Stalin era house: Houses have thick brick walls and high ceilings. Rooms are usually spacious and isolated, wide kitchens.
  •  Brezhnev era house: Five-floor brick houses, all flats have their own balcony.
  • Khrushchev era house: Brick or block houses, some have balconies, some don’t. Lavatories are combined.
  • 103 series: Prestigious brick block series. Rooms are isolated, separated lavatories, all flats excluding 1-room and some of the 1.5-room flats have loggia.
  • 104 series: These series are one of the most prestigious and expensive. Block houses with isolated rooms. All flats excluding 1-room flats have separated lavatories. Each flat has a loggia.
  • 119 series: Prestigious series. Houses are made of concrete block. Each flat has one or two loggias.
  • 467 series: Block houses. All flats excluding 1-room flats have loggias. 4-room flats have two loggias. Lavatories are separated; 3-room and 4-room flats usually have two lavatories.
  • 602 series: One of the most common series in Riga. Houses are made of concrete block. All the flats have separated lavatories; 3-room flats have two lavatories. Each flat usually has a loggia.
  • Small family flat: Five-floor or nine-floor block houses, or twelve-floor brick houses. All the flats have combined lavatories, loggias
  •  Special project: These are non-typical flats, which are usually built in five-floor, seven-floor and nine-floor houses. Flats have loggias, rooms are usually separated. These series are considered to be prestigious and expensive.
  •  Leningrad’s project: Flats are situated in five-floor brick houses. Rooms are isolated, all flats have a balcony.
  • Lithuanian project: Very popular series. There are only five-floor block houses, which have two sub-series: an old one and a new one. The old one has balconies, the new one – loggias.
  •  French project: Flats are located in sixteen-floor houses. Each house could simultaneously have different flat planning. Each flat has a loggia that can differ on the area. Lavatories are separated, rooms are isolated.
  •  German project: Sub-series of the Special project with non-typical flat lay-out. These are considered to be prestigious and expensive series.
  • Czech project: Sub-series of the Special project.
