The RigaRealEstate team of brokers is offering professional services in the real estate area. The RRE brokers will work for your interests in order to:
SELL (also to rent or to let out) YOUR ESTATE:
- Will carry out inspection of your estate and will determine its optimal selling value
- Will acquaint themselves with terms, conditions and procedures set by you
- Together with you will develop and implement the plan of sale and advertising of your real estate
- Will develop and perform presentation of your real estate
- Will represent you and your interests in relations with all the potential purchasers of real estate
- On a regular basis will communicate to you results of the work
- Will acquaint themselves with and evaluate actual possibilities of potential purchasers to acquire your real estate
- Will arrange and coordinate all the procedures required for making a deal (signing of contracts, meetings, processing of the required documents, acceptance - delivery of real estate, submitting documents, arrangement of evaluations et al.)
- Where appropriate will involve the RRE lawyers (e.g., contract drawing, examination et al.)
- Will represent you in relations with all the authorities, institutions, officials required for making a deal
FIND A REAL ESTATE BEING SUITABLE EXACTLY FOR YOU:
- Will acquaint themselves with criteria, desires and possibilities being set by you (type, location, space, number of rooms of the real estate, your specific requirements, price et al.)
- Will find solutions suited for you and will present the same to you
- Will arrange inspections of real estates selected by you and meeting proprietors thereof
- Will perform actual analysis and examination of the real estate of your interest (proprietor, terms of management, payments for public utilities, declared persons, encumbrances, technical condition of the estate, costs of the requisite repair work et al.)
- Will represent you and your interests in relations with seller of the real estate (or lessor et al.)
- Will agree on terms and procedure of the deal, especially in cases when the real estate is encumbered or mortgaged
- Will arrange and coordinate all the procedures required for making the deal (signing of contracts, meetings, processing of the required documents, acceptance - delivery of real estate, submitting documents, arrangement of evaluations et al.)
- Where appropriate will involve the RRE lawyers (e.g., contract drawing, examination et al.)
- Where appropriate will involve the RRE credit-brokers (e.g., for attraction, receipt of credit resources, et al.)
- Will represent you in relations with all the authorities, institutions, officials required for making a deal
